Akshay Kumar’s starrer “Toilet: Ek Prem Katha” has been released all over the country, undoubtedly there was a huge craze among the audience about the film whose clear effect shows on Box Office opening collection. The film has been displayed about 3000 screens in India and 590 screens in overseas.
The First day box office collection of Toilet: Ek Prem katha started slow on the morning, But in the evening and night shows the number of audience increased that results Toilet to score Rs 13.10 crore on the first day which can be considered as better because the total budget of the movie was only 18 crore.
We all know the subject and the story of the film. The Film is based on Clean India campaign of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This film shows the problem of defecation in the open, this problem is generally found in rural areas, So there is a little interest of the audience of urban area. This is the reason that the film has not got good start in multiplexes. But the performance on the single screen is better. The film has performed well in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.

After the opening, the film received mixed reviews from the critics and viewers. According to trade Pandits, the collection of the film can be seen on Saturdays and Sundays and on Independence Day. It is expected that in the first weekend the film will cross the 45 million mark. So defiantly this movie is going to be hit for Akshay Kumar because total budget of movie is 18 crore only.
